Crew Training

If parents have a young adult (age 18+) who is interested in training at the coffee shop, this is where we begin. We at Miller's Crew believe that EVERYONE can be successful in their vocational life if training and teaching are matched to their learning style.  Through collaboration with families, community organizations, and the trainee, the team will set up a training plan based on the current training schedule and the trainee's employment goals.
