From 2017 to 2019, Miller’s Crew installed eight training labs in Cumberland County high schools, plus one in Bladen County and another in Union County. The labs function as cafes or general stores where EC students serve packaged foods, coffee, juice and smoothies to fellow students and school staff.

Our next stop was to buy a food truck! Our "Cooking with the Crew" food truck (aka mobile training lab) allows us to train Crew Members while connecting with the community at seasonal events.

Opened in Feb 2023! The Miller's Brew Coffee Shop is our new brick-and-mortar training center located at 1401 Morganton Road. We serve coffee, smoothies, milkshakes, and pastries from our partners at Superior Bakery. All proceeds go right back into Miller's Crew's daily operations costs. Come on by for a tasty beverage and sweet treat!
We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Our food truck and coffee shop were established exclusively by funds from grants and small-dollar donations from good folks like yourself.
